How to use
- 1) Finish applying your eyebrow and eye makeup.
- 2) Use the concealer end of the ultimate brow definer and draw a line above and below each of your eyebrows.
- 3) Blend the concealer that you have applied.
- 4) With the highlighter end of the ultimate brow definer draw lines above and below your brows from the arch to tail.
- 5) Blend the lines drawn with the highlighter.
